About Us
Braemar Farm has been owned by our family for nearly 40 years and has been run as a cattle grazing property during this period.
In 2009 we were successful in obtaining Concept Approval from the New South Wales State Government Department of Planning for aged and disabled housing in a village and a separate Torrens Title housing subdivision.
Braemar Homesteads
Stage 1 of the project is the housing subdivision we have called Braemar Homesteads, positioned on South Head Road. There are 38 lots and a Park included in this area. The subdivision is set back 25 meters from South Head Road with mounds and plantings in this area to provide privacy, visual and sound separation from the road.
This parcel of land is the closest undeveloped land to the town centre, and falls within the existing Moruya township area.
The remaining sections of land surrounding Stage 1 will continue as grazing land. Braemar Farm will be maintained as a part of the Moruya community landscape.
This will ensure a picturesque outlook for Braemar Homesteads with all adjoining land to the north, west and south remaining farm land, offering uninterrupted views to Moruya with the mountains behind.
